Debra Fitzgibbons is the Coordinator of the Oregon Technology Access Program (OTAP). OTAP provides training, information, technical assistance and resources regarding the uses of technology for children with disabilities.

Debra earned a master’s degree with a focus on assistive technology, through Fort Hays State University in Kansas. She has supported accessibility in early childhood, K-12 and postsecondary institutions. Debra was a contributing author for a book on inclusive education.

Supporting communities and improving systems is a way to support families that are significantly impacted after an individual experiences a brain injury. The focus of this conference is on creating systems to support individuals and families following brain injury.
